The proposal is about having a "Trial period" for any and all new members. The rules of the trial would look something like this: 1. All new members gets the title "Prospect" 2. The trial period is 2 months starting the day they enter Blood 3. During the trial the prospect can be disbanded by any council member or regent, if breaking any of the Blood rules.
